RULES & REGULATIONS

1) All participants must be 18 years or older to participate.

2) Winner does not need to be present to win

3) Sponsor not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, mutilated, or postage due entries or requests for entries. All entries must be legible and completed in original handwritten or in printed form. Machine copies or mechanically reproduced tickets and late entries or incomplete entries will not be honored.

4) Winner shall be responsible for all taxes, registration, licensing, as well as possible transportation from the supplying dealer. The vehicle will be delivered by the nearest Dodge/Mercedes dealer to the winners residence. Drawing will be held on May 31, 2000.

5) One first place prize is either a 2000 Dodge Viper RT/10 or 2000 Mercedes Benz E430. The choice is determined by the winner!

6) How To Enter: Only 2000 tickets will be sold at $55 per ticket and each ticket will serve as one entry into the World-Breakthroughs Dream Car Charity Raffle. Tickets are sold on a first come first serve basis and once the 2000 limit is reached, you will have to waite until the next raffle. Only orders from our toll-free number, official order forms found in Car & Driver, Road & Track etc., or our www online order form will be accepted.

7) Winners List: For a winners list just simply send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: World-Breakthroughs Dream Car Charity Raffle 34 EAST MAIN ST. SUITE #339 SMITHTOWN, NY 11787. No purchase necessary and void where prohibited by state law.
