PC Software is a proven, sophisticated computer software program that lets you process all
major credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners, Carte
Blanche -- right on your own PC and automatically deposit the transaction amount into your
existing bank account.
PC-based processing is faster and more efficient than older transaction processing
methods, and results in reduced expenses and increased profits for your business. You
don't need to purchase any additional hardware - simply use your existing PC.

The Authorize.Net Virtual Terminal enables businesses with an Authorize.Net account to
authorize, process, and manage credit card transactions from any computer with an Internet
connection and a Web browser. Virtual Terminal replaces standard authorization terminals
or software and provides the best solution for merchants who manually enter credit card
transactions for mail or phone order sales.

*WebLink
Authorize.Net WebLink allows Internet-based businesses to authorize, process, and manage
credit card transactions without worrying about all the complicated software, hardware,
and expertise normally associated with processing payments over the Web.
When online customers are ready to purchase products or services from a merchant's Web
site, WebLink either captures the necessary information (name, credit card number, etc.)
from the site's own secure transaction page or displays a standard WebLink transaction
page, hosted on an Authorize.Net server, for the customer to fill out.
This information is encrypted using 40 or 128 bitSecure Socket Layer technology and sent
to an Authorize.Net transaction server. The server then sends the data through the
authorization network to the appropriate card issuer's bank over a secure, proprietary
connection. When the authorization process is complete -- this takes around five seconds
-- the customer receives an approval or decline response, and the Authorize.Net server
stores the transaction. Transactions are automatically settled each day and funded within
2-3 days.

When will my money be available?
Our system will accept all major credit cards and deposit the money directly into your
business checking account. The funds will be available within three business days. There
is no paperwork to be mailed or deposit slips to be sent out. Everything is taken care of
electronically
Will I receive a statement?
Yes. A statement will be mailed monthly for all deposits and debits to your account-your
total sales volume and the discount fee for the month.
What cards may I accept?
When your terminal or software is installed. It will provide draft capture of Visa and
Mastercard transactions. All other major credit cards, including American Express and
Discover can be added to the system at any time.
What if my terminal or software breaks down?
Superior Bankcard will provide another terminal or software package via overnight mail.
What if I have problems operating the terminal or software?
Customer support is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year at no additional charge.
Do I need a designated phone line?
No. The terminal will dial out on your existing phone line or the software through your
modem. It will only access the phone line when you use it. Since the average transaction
only takes 14 seconds and the call is to an 800 number, there is no cost to you.
